Welcome to Enzo’s Pet Place. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website at https://enzospetplace.com and the products or services we offer. Enzo’s Pet Place is an online store offering pet supplies including toys, beds, accessories, grooming tools, and health & wellness products. We ship across Canada and the United States. By placing an order on our site, you are offered these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping and Returns information.
2. Products and Pricing
We endeavour to present the most accurate information about our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is accurate, complete, or current. Prices are subject to change without notice and may differ in-store versus online. All prices are displayed in USD with CAD shown based on your location.
3. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, we may hold it for a reasonable time pending payment authorization. Payment is processed securely through our payment processor (Stripe, PayPal, or WooCommerce Payments). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by automated means or under circumstances that seem suspicious.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We offer flat-rate shipping: $6.95 CAD across Canada and $4.95 USD across the United States. Orders over $75 CAD equivalent qualify for free shipping. Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping partners and are not guaranteed. International shipping is limited to Canada and the US.
5. Returns and Refunds
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items in their original, unused condition. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Enzo’s Pet Place or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
7. User Accounts
You may create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia.
